more testing
started seating the bullets down to 1.125, it slowly rose to 1.138 after about 15 rounds and down to 3.7gr of Alliant Bullseye powder, the casings don't fly out of the gun all that far but they are fairly accurate

Minor fixes to XL650
replaced the spent primer cup with a primer drop tube to a bucket below the bench along with a bolt and stainless steel pipe on the bolt to allow the tube to roll and keep it off the completed bullet basket, also a tube over the unused primer tray to stop the loss of primers from flying off the tray
